How do I track my order? 

Shipping Notifications

Once your order ships from one of our fullfillment locations you will recieve an automated Shipping Notification to the email address you provided when you placed your order.  

Order History

Registered Users can access a complete history of the orders placed shop.genielift.com. From Order History you will have detailed information on each shipment including the Carrier Tracking details.

How do I find Shipping information? 

Shipping Rates

Rates for shipping are based on attributes of the ordered items, such as weights and dimensions, and calculated based on rate tables for our network of shipping partners.

To see the shipping rate for each method on an order:

  • Add Items to your Shopping Cart
  • Proceed to the Checkout
  • Select an Address from your Address Book or enter a shipping address
  • Click the ‘Shipping Method’ selection

Rates for each method will be shown next to the shipping method in the selection box.

International Shipping

  • Our Parts offering is currently limited to shipments within USA.
  • Currently shipments from the Terex Utilities Parts Store are limited to the United States.

How do I register for an account?

Account Registration

Signing up for a website account at shop.genielift.com is quick and simple:

  1. Click 'Sign In' on the right side of the navigation bar on the top of the screen. 
  2. Click 'Create Accout'
  3. Fill in the required information to register for your shop.genielift.com account
  4. You will be sent a link via email to complete the New Customer Application in order to create a Genie Equipment Account and complete the registration process  

Once the shop.genielift.com site registration and New Customer Application have been completed you will be sent an email verifying your account creation.

Your account request and new customer application will be reviewed in approximately 72-84 hours. Our team will contact you via email with any questions and/or account confirmation.
